Talk about: light, heat, and atmosphere

Venus is the second planet from the Sun. Venus is the second-brightest natural object in the night sky after the Moon. Venus is often referred to as Earth’s Twin or sister planet. They have vastly different atmospheres. The sizes of the earth and Venus are like similar. Both have the similar internal structure i.e. core, mantle and crust. The majority of earth's surface is covered in liquid water whereas on Venus by smooth volcanic plains.

Venus is not more volcanically active than Earth. Earth's temperature is also subject to variation depending on the time of day, time of year whereas Venus' surface temperature experiences little to no variation. It is a well known fact that Earth’s strong magnetic field is intrinsic to it being able to support life. Venus also has a magnetic field, though it is significantly weaker than Earth’s.

Earth and Venus have some similarities, but also some rather harsh differences. Earth has water but there is no water on Venus. Earth completes its rotation to sun in 24 hours but Venus takes it 117 days. The average temperature on Earth is 14 and 462 degree Celsius on Venus. Both planets have similar like gravity.

A long Venusian day equals around 117 days of earth. The sunlight reaching Venus is twice as powerful as that reaching the Earth. Venus reflects twice as much sunlight as the earth does. The temperature reaches 462 degrees centigrade on Venus but there is not such a hot atmosphere in the Earth. The atmosphere of Venus is 90 times as dense as ours. It is too thick that we could fly through it without any problem. The maximum air flow in Venus is of seven miles per hour but the speed is very strong that it can knock down a tall building. This sort of difference is because of the distance from the sun.
