A teacher is a person who helps students to acquire knowledge in other word teachers facilitate students' learning Teaching is the most respected job of all in the world. Teachers must have the sound education. They get training form universities on their courses. They work seven hours a day and their responsibility is also to produce good citizens. A teacher's role may vary among cultures. The teacher is a caring person; an expert learner; and cultural and civic person. Enthusiastic teachers are particularly good at creating beneficial relations with their students. So their salary must be highest of all, but unfortunately their salary is the lowest comparison to others. Societies must focus to pick well-trained, supported and qualified teachers one of its top priorities.
