Dear Sir,

I would like to say something about my TV set. I bought it at New Road from “Ekta Electronics” and the guarantee was given for two years. That work good in the first week but then the display of the TV has not worked properly. Sometimes it goes black for half an hour. I missed my interesting program from last two months. I told the seller and he sent the mechanics, at that time the TV work smoothly. They said that nothing is wrong with this device. On that evening the same problem repeated and I showed them on video call. The next morning they sent the staffs and examined again but they couldn't find the fault. They have done like this many times but can't repair it well, I told him many times but there is no progress. I invested lots of money but I am not satisfied with the service.

 

I would draw the attention of the customers of the television that this sort of seller and services are not satisfactory and good to us. I hope there would be some change to concerned sectors.
