10. Write a brief geographical description of your country. Include only important and interesting information.
Nepal lies in the south Asia. Nepal is known for the Mt. Everest. North boundary has been formed by such mountain range. China lies to the north, in other three directions India occupies or attached to the boundary lines. Mechi River separates us from India in east, and Mahakali does so in the west. In the south the boundary line has been separated by the No Man's Land. For the administrative sense our country has been divided into five regions Eastern, Mid- Eastern, Western, Mid Western and far western regions in the past but now in seven provinces. By Geographical sense, this country has been divided into three parts by three big rivers- Koshi, Gandaki and Karnali and three region- Mountain, Hilly and Terai. This country is rich in natural resources, but these sources have not been utilized properly. In the mid hill areas there are dense forests, but they are being destroyed rapidly.
